The project involved significant structural work, including foundational reinforcements and the introduction of exposed architectural metalwork throughout. A striking indoor-outdoor steel structure anchors the rear of the home, creating a seamless connection between interior spaces and the garden. Instead of traditional quartz or marble, we used tactile Tecton surfaces to bring a refined, understated texture to the kitchen and bathrooms. Original stained glass windows were restored, adding depth and character to the home’s historic features.

Inside, the design celebrates natural light, soft neutral palettes, and layered textures, creating a sense of calm, warmth and timelessness. Custom railings, a feature cooker, and bespoke joinery speak to the way the home is truly lived in—balancing functionality with beautiful, considered design.
